Alone, in pairs, trios and in groups,
we go through sequences committing them to heart, mind and
muscle memory. Along the way we are awakened by unexpected
movement, surprises urging us to step into new technical
directions where we discover a continual reorganization and
changing relationship to space and each other. Today, our
choreography continues to be deeply rooted in
the body and focused on exploration. Each one of us slowly
opens up to what we are and what we have within us. Learning
to recognize, nurture, develop and use our movement
vocabulary is what dance is about.
