Beginning in the
Fall and continuing through the Spring, group classes are offered in
Creative Movement, Introduction to Dance, Choreography, Modern Dance, Classical
Ballet, and Pointe. Classes are taught by Jimena and
accommodate different ages and technical levels. Private lessons are offered year round
in her midcoast, Maine studio.
Students will have the opportunity to develop their dance technique and
increase their strength and endurance in a comfortable and artistically
nurturing environment. They also participate in creating choreography
for dance concerts held in the Camden Opera House and open to
the community.
